Return & Exchange Policy

At Signia Scents, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that the product is mostly unused, with at least 95% of the content remaining. Items that show significant use or damage caused after delivery will unfortunately not be eligible.

Once we receive your return request, our team will review and process it within 7–14 working days. Please note that:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’ll take full responsibility and cover all delivery and return costs for replacements or exchanges.

Important: Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.
